Careers

No open roles.
Always looking

We are a small, dedicated team in Copenhagen. We hire when we meet someone we would reorganise around, which is not the same as hiring when a requisition opens. If that sounds like you, write to us.

The work

What you would actually be doing

We do not have a titles ladder. These are the shapes of work we are usually short of.

Infrastructure & platform

Running inference on our own hardware in European data centres, keeping the gateway honest, and making tier routing something you can prove rather than promise. If you have opinions about running GPUs and about hash chains, we want the conversation.

Agent engineering

Making agents useful on the fortieth Monday, not the first. Retrieval that finds the right document, memory boundaries that hold, skills that survive being promoted. Hermes is MIT-licensed — read it before you write to us.

Integrations

Sixty connectors and the long tail of Nordic finance and HR tools nobody else bothers with. Unglamorous, enormously valuable, and the reason customers stay.

Compliance & product

Turning regulation into a product surface. If you can read the AI Act and then design something a DPO trusts and an employee does not resent, that combination is rare and we will make room for it.

How we work

Worth knowing before you write

01

Small on purpose

A small, dedicated team supporting every customer directly. Everyone talks to customers. Nobody has a job that is only coordination. This is a feature until it is not, and we will tell you honestly which weeks are which.

02

Two days in the office, and we mean two

Copenhagen. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rest is yours. We are not going to pretend this is remote-first, because it is not.

03

We ship on Fridays and write it down

The changelog is public, including the parts where something broke. If a culture of admitting that in writing sounds tiring, this will not suit you.

04

The process is short

A conversation, a paid day working on something real with the person you would work with, a decision. No panel of six, no take-home you never hear about again. Two weeks end to end.

Applying

What to send

Not a cover letter. Something you made, and two sentences on why this problem in particular.

Something you built

Code, a system design, a policy document, a product decision you argued for. We care what you have finished, not where you studied.

Why sovereignty

Plenty of AI companies are more fun. Tell us why the European, auditable, unglamorous version is the one you want to work on.

What you want to own

We hire people who arrive with a thing they want to be responsible for. Name it.

Send it to hello@wildfire.business with “Careers” in the subject. A human replies, always.
