Built in Copenhagen.
For European companies

We started Wildfire to build the AI workforce Europe was promised - sovereign, compliant, and embarrassingly useful. Wildfire is what we shipped.

Why we built Wildfire

The thing nobody says out loud

Every European company we knew was running their most confidential work through American chat tools. Not because they wanted to - because there was no alternative that wasn’t a marketing deck.

“We can’t put client data in there” was the line from every DPO. Followed, three minutes later, by the team putting client data in there.

What we wanted to exist

An AI workforce that lives inside European jurisdiction. A platform where every action is signed and sealed. An agent for every employee that gets sharper every week.

So we built it. In Copenhagen. With a team that has read the EU AI Act more times than they’ve read their employment contracts.

Where we are now

A growing list of European pilot customers, half a million agent actions sealed in the ledger, and a roadmap that runs through Q4 2027. We’re hiring engineers who can read a regulation and a backbone equally well.

If that sounds like you, we’d like to talk.

The team

The people shipping this

Engineers from regulated-fintech, designers from places we keep meaning to update, and compliance leads who’ve survived a real audit.

Asger Teglgaard Founder, Wildfire

Previously CTO at two regulated-fintech startups. Reads the AI Act for fun. Will read your DPA for sport.

Marie Vestergaard Head of Platform

Spent six years making chat tools work for engineers. Built the gateway that does the routing nobody else trusts to a policy doc.

Jens Schmidt Head of Trust

Ex-PwC compliance lead. Knows where every quiet failure mode in your SOC 2 review hides. Will tell you about them before your auditor does.

How we work

Four things we refuse
to compromise on

01

Evidence over intent

If we can’t show it in the ledger, we don’t ship it. Marketing claims are not architecture.

02

Sovereign by default

Sensitive data stays in EU jurisdiction. Not "by configuration". By construction.

03

Boring is a feature

Audit logs. DPA clauses. Sub-processor lists. The unglamorous work that makes AI shippable.

04

One bill, no fine print

Per-user pricing. Tokens included. Compliance included. No surprise invoice in March.

We’re hiring people who care
about the boring parts
